A modern two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment updated throughout for a clean, low-maintenance finish. Wood-look laminate and tile run through the whole unit — no carpet anywhere, which makes it easy to clean and friendly for anyone with allergies.
The kitchen pairs granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, and opens onto the main living area so the space stays bright and connected. The apartment sits on the third floor with high ceilings and a private patio. As with every home in the community, the association runs a standard background check as part of the approval.
Residences at Villa Medici is in Florida Center North, southwest Orlando, near the I-4 and Florida's Turnpike interchange. It's a quiet residential pocket with easy reach to Mall at Millenia, Millenia Plaza and the Orlando International Premium Outlets, plus Universal Orlando Resort, Volcano Bay, International Drive and SeaWorld. Bill Frederick Park and Shadow Bay Park are both a short drive for green space, and downtown Orlando is close by.
We stay inside Central Florida on purpose. It means we can be at a property the same day, not the same week.
City neighborhoods and established residential streets close to downtown and the parks.
Family homes and resort-adjacent communities minutes from the main attraction corridor.
Newer subdivisions on the Polk county line, popular with long-term families.
Lakeside living with rolling hills — quieter, and a straight shot into Orlando.
